Rodel Race program in Ritten (Renon)

Welche Kategorien gibt es . Wie lange ist die Strecke ?

I know that Davide attended some year ago to this race. In the link there are not detail about categories.
Last year I could see the little house that represent the start and it is around 200 meters down after the beginning of the track.
Totalt track in Ritten, is around 2,5 Km, but the race is shorter and skips the lower side of the track.
Looking the lst year result, the winner finished with a time around 1' 30". So for sure not long race. I suppose more or less 1 km. But cover the most interesting side of the track.
This year I for sure want to partecipate at least to one of the events

 

I asked for details to Helmut Gamber, former rennen athlete that teachs with Psenner, rodeln basis in Ritten

Helmut told me that generally are "open" category, and as I suspected, 1 km long. i also wrote a mail to the direction in order to have more details

Yesterday me and son, attended to Ritten Rodel race,
attached the result.
It was a nice event for families. Even a family from Germany was in the race with double sit sled.
Categories are clearly defined in the race result.
All of them were racing with steel blade sport rodel, 80% torggler and 20% Bachmann , that is one of the sponsor of the race, and has factory there.
It was a very nice event and families are welcome. Next races are Sunday 19 February and Saryrday 25 February.
We have been invited to next events. 
I will partecipate for sure to the event dated 25 of February.
